There is a $50 deposit required for damages and clean-up. Provided the hall and kitchen are clean and free of any damages your $50 deposit will be returned to you.
Renting the hall includes access to a full kitchen, the hall and use of the pavilion. The pavilion has electric.
When renting the hall for your occasion, you and your guests will not be permitted to use the pond or any of the ranges.
Alcohol is permitted but, you are responsible for your guests and any damages.
