All prizes are final, the winner must take the prize. Tickets are not transferrable. All Federal & State laws apply. All winners must pass a background check. If winner cannot pass the background check they will receive a cash option not in excess of $250. Any unsold tickets become the property of KTSA. Winners need not be present. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days.
